Stress Fracture Foot


A stress fracture is an injury as a result of overuse. It happens when the muscles become fatigued and are incapable of absorbing the shock and repeated impacts as stress and health are closely related. With time, the fatigued muscles transfer stress to the bone, resulting in a small disruption (a foot stress fracture). A stress fracture foot can occur as a result of perpetual load on the feet.
