In the year 1967, Thomas H. Holmes and Richard H. Rahe from the
University of Washington, did a study about the connection between the
life events and illness. In their study they compiled a chart of the
major causes of stress. In 1967, it was found that there were 43
causes of stress.
The adenosine stress test is conducted on patients who are likely to have
some sort of heart abnormality and can't be put on treadmill stress test
due to medical reasons.
