In the head: Dizziness or light-headedness, migraine , stiffness in the Head, neck, or shoulder, shooting pains in the face or scalp, sore jaw that feels like a toothache and clenching of the jaw or grinding of the teeth. Other physical symptoms : Distorted, foggy and blurred vision, itchy, dry and watery eyes, flashing lights when eyes closed. Constant craving for sweets, chocking or difficulty swallowing, constipation or diarrhea, dry mouth, irritable bowel syndrome, bloating, lack of appetite or taste, constricted feeling in throat. You may also experience the following psychological symptoms: Emotions: Dramatic mood swings, tendency to cry. Mood: Irritable, depression, detached from reality, feeling under pressure all the time. Sleep: Difficulty falling or staying asleep, frequent bad dreams, Insomnia or waking up in the middle of the night sweating or in having a panic attack. Anxiety is persistent and extreme feeling of worry or uncertainties. Anxiety is both controllable and reversible.
