An anxiety attack is the reaction of the brain to adrenaline, when a
person comes across a stressful or tragic situation. In some
situations, the body and mind may show a positive reaction, but in most
cases the reaction is negative and it may even drive a person to commit
suicide.

Anxiety is an unpleasant and complex state of mind often accompanied by
physical symptoms such as nausea, chest pain, breathlessness,
nervousness, change in behavior and increased heart rate.

Anxiety attacks can be enormously incapacitating. Stress and anxiety
can make it difficult for you to perform your normal duties and to
react logically to difficult situations.

Emotions play a major role in our life. While positive emotions are
good for our well-being, negative emotions like despair, sorrow and

controlled, can make your life unbalanced.

Though anxiety is a normal phenomenon, one experiences anxiety when
dealing with tricky situations. It is even more apparent when dealing
with tricky situations. When anxiety is a is persistent over a period,
it is called worry and if it is an impulsive reply to a direct danger,
it is called fear.
