The best part is that you need not go anywhere to learn or practice it. It is simple and comprises of very easy steps. Here's how you can go about it:

A) Sit or stand in a relaxed position.
B) Slowly take a deep breath through your nose and count till five in your mind.
C) Now release the breath through your mouth and count till eight.
D) Repeat the process several times and it's done!

As simple as that! Breathing exercises help you stay calm and peaceful and improve the overall functions of your body. All you need is a few minutes and no particular expertise. Give it a try.
