Detox To Help You Manage Stress |

The body suffers from various ailments when
it is not refined from inside. Toxins present inside the body give way
to breeding of various diseases. Our body is full of waste material or
toxins. Presence of these toxins in our body leads to stress. Only if we
could detoxify our body, a major part of stress could be reduced.
A few days spent in detoxifying your system, can begin the
de-stress process, full swing. Start by cutting out alcohol, dairy
products, processed foods, wheat and citrus fruit. Drink plenty of fresh
water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables only.
Now try to dry
brush your skin towards the heart with a loofah (it is the dried,
fibrous part of the loofa fruit which is used as a washing sponge). Then
soak yourself in a moisturizer. After about a week, you will feel
yourself filled with immense energy. You would be able to sleep better
and wake up earlier. Your mind would be more focused and your eyes and
skin will also be healthier.
All these things together will help
you to de-stress yourself.
