Shiatsu is the Japanese tool of stress management which is considered as
another form of Massage. It is a combined product of traditional
Chinese medicine, historic Japanese massage techniques and modern
concepts of Physiotherapy and Psychology.
It comprises of active
involvement of the giver and the receiver, thereby turning it into a
meditative, intuitive and interactive process. If the receiver learns
how to change his lifestyle and improve his quality of
life, the result is just appropriate. It gives relaxation and its
