stress you out. One such stressor is automatic stressor.
These
are some stressors, your body automatically reacts to and probably you
are not aware of their effect. For eg. noise or crowdedness, untidy
surroundings, somebody’s eating habits, and the likes. These are known as automatic stressors.

against them is modify the way you react to these stressors. Or you can
