It is not  always easy to discern why we have  stress. Some common events which trigger stress may be death of a loved one, change in a job status, childbirth or a new relationship. Even children are not free form stress.  Lack of concentration and poor grades in school are some of the warnings. Stress in children should be treated from the very onset and should not be ignored.  It is very important to go into the mind of a child and find out what exactly is going on. You may be surprised at the results.

Various techniques are available there to manage stress. Counseling is one of the best methods for stress management. Medical and psychological health providers often suggest medicine for stress management. Techniques like yoga and exercise may help you in the management of stress. Don't think only about the problem. Think about the likely solution and take quick action. You will be glad that you did so.
